Does anyone know a good cloud software to organize car rallies or shows?

I use Microsoft ToDo (formerly called Wunderlist). It’s free and suits my needs, but I’m a list maker kind of guy. If a task makes it to my list, it will probably get done (eventually).

Thanks for answer. Every year we hold a Classic Car event here in Switzerland with about 500 vehicles. We want to reduce the organization effort with a SW thanks to which people can enter all their registration data themselves.
