The Model T plant in Dallas is now nice loft apartments. Adam Hats. Have had friends live there. Model T assembly from 1914 - 1925. After 1925, this location became a secondary location, warehouse and Ford show room until 1955

Grand Avenue. The last vehicle rolled off the assembly line there on February 27, 1970. It was a Ford F-100 pickup. This location is now a warehouse and a recycling plant. https://goo.gl/maps/2EJJ7wZWZqD2 https://i.pinimg.com/564x/0a/d5/55/0...2dd1e53747.jpg The plant has grown now. The corner of the building in the above photo is about where the words "Texas Recycling" in this aerial photo below. https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/attac...1&d=1546824828 In the 1950s, the ford plant stuck these stickers on the Ford cars that came out of this facility. https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/attac...1&d=1546824046 |

Hope that makes sense. You can probably also past the screen capture in Word and do the same thing. |
Re: Ford's Texas Assembly Plants... Yes, Thanks...I figured it out.
Now the next question...As one sees the plant from the air on Google Maps...Is there a way to angle the photo from the air view to get a better shot rather than just a roof top photo? Pluck |
