later model pressuer plate, vehicle or part#

I have done a lot of searching but I can't find the later model vehicle that uses the pressure plate we have used as a replacement for the original.
Either lever or diaphragm type. ,,can anybody help?
TIA Jerry

The early V8 FORD... is the most used in place of the original PP. It is 9”, with different bolt pattern than original.

I’ve used the diaphragm type one time on a hot B I built.
If I remember correctly, I used PP from early mustang.
