Engine turned insert for Stewart Warner panel

I know it's more hot rod but maybe someone has something laying around. I'm looking for an original engine turned insert for a Stewart Warner straight 5 panel. I'd even be interested in a whole panel if it had a good engine turned insert. Must be original no reproduction. Thanks!
