Looks like a home made . Ones I have seen fitted are a type of felt/ packer which can absorb some oil unlike the rubber grommet.

Try googling 'dipstick felt'. You might find something. If it was mine, I'd probably go to HomeDepot plumbing section and pick up a sheet of felt valve stem packing and make my own. Jack E/NJ
