1925 alignment issues

A friend of mine has this 1925 Ford Model T truck. He lives a couple of hours from me and while visiting yesterday I noticed his hood was not lining up very well. He said he bought the hood and grill shell from Snyder's many years ago. Now I would just chalk it to poor manufacturing but was curious if you all saw any obvious issues.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...ceb65ef695.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...1aea24cc57.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...06c333533c.jpg

Re: 1925 alignment issues

Either the radiator is sitting a touch higher than normal or the body mounts at the front are slightly saggy.
I put a couple of fender washers between my body mounts to correct a similar fit problem.

Check any Model T catalog. That looks like a 17-22 hood on a 23-25 car.

Yes I see the differences. I will ask him to measure and see what we come up with.
