This was in a box of Ford parts I got. Does anyone know what year / model it fits?

Looks like it could be a Trico KSB 383-1G used in '38/'39??? pickup and truck cabs. Its missing the speed control that would be on the nipple just to the left of the on /off push/pull lever. There should be a number somewhere on the unit that will give you the exact model.

Ok thanks. I'll clean it up and look for numbers.
Is it worth anything?

See if you can find the number. The more I look at it I think the shaft is too short for a pickup. If you can figure out what its for by the part number its worth something to anybody that needs one. Check out ebay and you will probably find that they are priced all over the place.
