I Think I Need Help
 

I must be doing something wrong. I sent my '39 Ford shocks to Bill last August for a rebuild. Since then, I have been unable to contact him. I have left several phone messages (yes I did talk slowly when giving a call back number) and two PM's here. All I can think of is that my computer skills and/or phone skills are lacking. Hints would be appreciated.
