Picture shows the 1952 Mercury 15" Hubcap. While the 1952 and 1953 Mercury Hubcaps are identical in shape, the outside rings are not painted on the 1952 Mercury Hubcaps, however, the outside rings were painted for the 1953 Mercury Hubcaps.
