54 ford victoria power windows
 

I am going to try and install PW in my vicky does anyone have wiring diagram showing where to mount the circuit breaker.I spent a couple of hours and have wiring figured out.the one actually two things I dont have is the wire guards that screw to door.if anyone knows where I could get them I would appreciate you letting me know.I think that 54-59 would work.

Where to mount the circuit breaker? IMHO, as close to the power source as you can so it protects as much of the wiring as possible.
I have no clue what the door wire shields would look like for a '54 Vicky, but if they're anything like the 55/57 T-Bird ones, these might work.

Next question, are these originals, or an aftermarket kit? I've got the OEM ones in my 55 bird, and aftermarket in some OT cars. The wiring can be different, depending on how the relays/switches set up. Many of the aftermarket kits have flexible conduits for the doors, or contacts that only work when the doors are closed. Those are problematic in my experience. How about a little more info.

they are a factory setup thanks to Alan Freeman on 54-59 social group on HAMB I am learning a ton on where they mounted relays etc.he has been very helpful.but I appreciate all the help from others that responded to my post.
