'41 - '48 Convertible door garnish

6 Attachment(s)
I have a pair of door top garnish trim pieces that have been chromed at some time and are still like new.

I have no use for them but need to establish a fair price to move them on to the next owner. Without the usual, "they're worth what someone will pay" comments, can anybody suggest what might be a reasonable price to put on these given that they are freshly chromed and in, as far as I can tell, pristine condition? Thanks, Meric.

PS: Found these windshield frames also :)

$200 USD for the pair. Bet they are hot in the Summertime.

Convertible door garnish is different than closed car type. Most are usually wood gain finished to match the dash. The windshield pieces are the same as closed cars, and hard to find in good condition. Convertible body and trim parts are beyond scarce. Those bodies were produced by vendors, and open cars were limited production. I spent years searching for many item while restoring my '47 ragtop.

The windscreen centrepiece is a solid structural piece on the convertible (at least on my 41). I understand the closed car has a different molding in the centre.

I recently chromed the moldings on my 41. They're not hot in summer at all!
