39 pickup inner fenders

Does anyone have the measurements for the brake line bracket cutout? I have 38 inners and need to know the distance from front along with width and height of opening. any help would be appreciated.

This is from my 39 pu. 21" from front, 11.5 from back, 13" from lip, 2" x 2" cutout.
