It’s been ages since I worked on roadster
How are those pieces different than others?
I understand left brake etc
Are they the same as all 30-31 model a??

It’s not that easy to find solid core quality plywood....at least for me it is these days

The biggest difference is most commercially available reproduction floorboards are the incorrect thickness.

This is where a drum sander comes in handy. The ¾" Plywood has a nominal thickness ²³⁄₃₂" which is 0.719", and the ¹¹⁄₁₆" Plywood should have a finish size of around 0.687". That means if we remove about 15-thousands off each side of the ¾" Plywood, then we have the proper thickness.

Where I am struggling is trying to make ½" (0.500") Plywood for Station Wagon bodies. The print calls for a ⅜" birch core with two ¹⁄₁₆" birch veneers laminated.
