Steel Wheels

Would love the 15" or 16" steel wheel with Baby Moon hubcap look for my Huckster. I know some have to have a small spacer to get past the ring on the drum but what do I need to look for? 4 1/2" or 5" wide would be good.

About sixty years ago I used 49-50 Mercury wheels on my thirty coupe.they looked real good at the time not sure how wide they were.

I was wondering about the steel wheels myself. I want to put steel wheels on my next project look like Hotrod but retaining the stock brakes.

50-60's Lincoln, Chrysler, '48 Ford, all are 15", plus who knows what all. These come in different widths, all are 5 on 5 1/2" bolt pattern.

I’ve always heard the raised rib on the stock drums won’t allow a later style wheel to seat properly eventually distorting the wheel. You can buy an adapter to put early style wheels on later drums, but nothing available now to do the opposite.
