Thanks for sharing the story and the pics. Congratulations on reaching your goal, in spite of the difficulties. You have a good friend in Mr Don, I hope that you meet many more as you travel around with your truck.
Good Luck:)

Beautiful job John! I've followed your posts and progress for years with interest - there's not an abundance of "younger" guys on here. I'm in the minority here and I still have you beat by at least 16 years! :o I'm restoring my Granddad's model A and every time I'm driving it or even working on it I get a sense he's there with me enjoying it as much as I am. I can only hope it turns out as well as yours! Have fun at the prom! A word of warning... I married the girl I took to Jr. and Sr. Prom. 17 years later (almost 13 years of marriage) - she's still by my side.

John,
WELL DONE !!!

Some time ago there was a thread by concerned member regarding the future of our hobby.
With men like yourself we have no need to be concerned that our cars will end up on the scrap heap and that the hobby will die out.
I am extremely proud of you and your achievement and I can assure you that the members of Fordbarn feel the same.

Enjoy the prom
Take care.

That is a very nice looking '28 you have there. You have done everyone proud. Hopefully one day you'll be able to work on it with your kids.

If this was done as a high school shop project, I'd say you deserve a Double A.:D:D

Such a wonderfully story, you make all of us on the barn very proud of you. I'm certain your Father is all smiles from above at what his Son has achieved.
