Change 12V Positive Ground to Negative ground

I want to...."Change 12V Positive Ground to Negative ground" on 39 Ford.

What do I need to do and or change out?

Let's start with what are you trying to accomplish? Other than the 12v conversion, what else on the car is not stock? Pretty much the only thing on a stock 39 Ford that cares what the polarity is, is the ignition coil, and a radio.

how about amp meter( will read backwards), all light bulbs. ballast resistor, heater motor will probably run like a banshee, all gauge voltages must be dropped, radio & turn signals, if equipped, will not operate

No radio or heater, just coil. How about voltage regulator?
