1938 wagon / interior paint spec

Does anyone have the spec (or source) for the paint color for interior metal trim pieces ? Thank you.

If it helps the cause, book suggests M1778, Top Iron Grey (possibly Dune Grey), although chip sample does not match actual (unrestored) finish. Thank you.
