Aftermarket cross channels for subrails need to be cut?

Does anyone know if you need to cut-to-fit the cross channels that go to the subrails you get from Snyder's Bert's ect?

I laid my new subrails out on the floor with the rear subrail where the panel below deck lid bolts too but the cross channels that's seperate the floor pans they seem too long and all same length??

I feel like I have to bolt the subrails to cowl then the rear cross member where panel below deck lid goes then cut the others to width.

Sound right or no?

Hello as mentioned in above post the sub rails will need cut and angles bent on them as they do attach to the side of body also . Try to remove the original and use them as a pattern. You can see where the rails attach in the door dolls and rear wheel well ,they are the round head rivets ,they can be removed by drilling the heads off .

Okay actually I don't have any sub-rsils left to compare if someone has a picture of underneath I think I know what you're talking about.
