what is the difference between the door latches on the 32 fords? i have a 2door sedan all i have seen for sale is the coupes and pickups?

Front door latches are basically the same except the 3 window. Main difference is the length of the remote arm strap.

And the thickness of the door which governs the length of the shafts on the outside door handles and that on the back of the door lock housing.

so then the ones for the trucks is the same as the sedans?

Yes, except that the link to the inside door handle control may need to be lengthened or shortened depending on the body's door width.
