This valve spring tester is in excellent condition the scale can measure up to 250 pounds also the scale also reads metric up to 115 kilos. The scale covering is a bit yellowed however the scale can be read easily. This Rimac spring tester Made in the USA was manufactured by the RINCK- McILWAINE Inc Co New York City
