I'm getting my 37 2dr this week :) so I will be hanging around gathering as much info as I can.
What service manual should I look for to get a start on things?
I see Macs has flathead parts, anyone else recommended?
Thanks
Bob

Bob, you should purchase the 1932-37 Ford service bulletin book. you can get it from Mac's. You should also purchase the 1937 Ford book put out by the Early Ford V-8 Club of America. You can purchase it on the V-8 Club website; www.earlyfordv8.org. If you are not a member I would recommend that you join the Early Ford V-8 Club. The six issues a year of the V-8 Times is well worth the price to join. Lastly it's tough to recommend parts suppliers.
Everyone has a favorite supplier and many of the parts they carry are produced by the same manufacturers. It really comes down to customer service and how they handle problems when you have one with a part. I also look for a supplier who is honest in their description of the item. If they tell me it is a marginal part , but the only one available, it gives me the choice to buy it or live without it. I also like the person who tells me if the part is American made or foreign made. It all comes down to receiving honest answers and good customer service.
