Bert's number not working?
 

Hi All,

Is Bert's number still good? I am trying to contact them about an order and all I get is that the number cannot be completed as dialed. Anyone else having this issue? Fires maybe?

I just tested the 1-800 321-1931 number it works fine...

This seems like one of those disaster movies...about half way through...people are calling out, but can't REACH ANYONE! :eek:

Steve, your number was in and out for me last week when I placed an order. Both the direct number and the 800 number. I tried back later and got through. It was also doing it last Monday when you were out of the shop. Maybe something going on with your phone provider....

Bert’s Model A Ford Center in Colorado has new and used parts.
When they were still in Denver one of my customers spending some time in Denver noticed his motel was a mile from Bert’s.
Since I’d had him buy several pats from Bert’s he decided to drive over there with his wife.
He said Bert’s gave them a tour through the warehouse and showed them all the parts cars they had.
They were treated exceptionally well.
It’s been a year since I bought a used axle and bearing from them and everything came quickly, at a decent price and in VERY GOOD condition.
They will also give you free and excellent knowledgeable advice. A pleasure to deal with them.

Thanks for the kind words guys. We only have 4 phone lines, and when they are all busy, you either get a busy signal or if calling from a cell,phone, you get a message saying the lines are busy. Most folks all want to call first thing in the morning and the lines are much less busy late in the day.

I will check with my provider as I hand dialed his number into my phone and it gave me the error message. But I got through on a land line and as usual I was treated super nicely! They are my go to supplier, nothing back about any of the others I just prefer Bert's.

What I've been seeing is I get a rapid busy, which means the trunks are full to the area. Give it a couple of tries. Getting through to Steve at Bert's is worth the wait. Thanks for all the help with the car I got from you and all the help with the other parts we've needed.
