Do they not do business over the phone? I totally hate having to open an account when I want to order something, doesn't matter where. When I have to, to get what I want to order, I order somewhere else.

They always answer the phone. They are closed Sun & Mon. I usually get Steve the owner when I call, great company to deal with.

Just having one of those days, can't talk or smile ( as if I want to talk), painful and one tooth less to worry about. Best I wait till tomorrow anyway.

Steve at Bert's is one of the good guys. He will spend all the time you need to answer a question. He has helped me many times. They have great parts too. Jay

Sometimes Berts actually has more than 2 or 3 calls at once. Imagine that. So my call will go to a msg machine or just rings. When that happens I try to remember that I too am an "OCF" and will call back later. Also they are in different time zone. Berts is unique in that even newbies get to speak to Steve. They try hard to give good service.

I'm not usually a "OCF", only when I can't talk, smile, eat, drink and the Novocain is wearing off. I'll be back to my old smiley, happy go lucky, happy camper self tomorrow. ;)

Your information is wrong. I have done business with them in person and over the phone.

If this post is wrong, I suggest that you fix it to be accurate.

I too have ordered from them on the phone. They have lots of original parts. Not cheap, but good stuff.

I have visited Steve at Bert's. They take time to talk and are very interested in what you have to say. I got to look around their parts as well. They are the best!

Steve, I will call tomorrow. By the time I filled all the on-line info out for what I wanted, I find out I had to open an account to complete the order. By that time, you were closed for the day. All is good, talk to you tomorrow.

Just a suggestion... Bert's busiest day of the week is Tuesday, according to Steve. Probably best to avoid calling on Tuesdays if you can.
