There are lots and lots of fenders, wheels, frames both A&T.

Not sure of your intentions; however, appears on the vehicles, first order of business would be to insure that proper titles are secured.

Others will have other helpful comments.

There might be titles and there might not be titles, The Coupe I think might have a title but to be real honest figure no title, I offered to buy the coupe before I purchased the 29 that I have now. Car has been in the pole barn for so long I do not remember when it showed up. Engine is not stuck and doors shut nice.

Keep in mind that there are some states like Georgia and Alabama and others where there is no title needed or even accepted for antique cars/trucks. You could always sell them to someone in those states if you have trouble unloading them without a title locally.

The stepmother is going to have to deal with it, I have here in Wisconsin have titled 4 cars that had no title and it really is not hard but when the craze started WI started to want a bond which is fine with me.

Where in Wisconsin are you located? I am in Central Wisconsin and I would be interested in taking a look at what you have available.

I am in Western, WI near a town named Cushing. I think you are referring to my dad and his stuff. which she does not want to sell.

HI-
Sorry to hear about your Dad! I went through the same situation and understand!
Now you as his son,did he leave you the cars? or is your step mom just going to take them over? I would make sure NOW he signs a paper that they belong to you,so you can either restore one etc or sell them now to be saved!
You must take action!
Good Luck!
and God Bless Your Dad!
Tony

Lost both of my in-laws within 6 months of each other this year. One had dementia, not sure which kind and the other had cerebral dementia. They didn't want their kids to know their business affairs and you talk about a mess after they died to uncover all the different funds, annuities, life insurance and various other policies.

One word of advise. Take as much action now to get things straightened out or it will be 5-10 times as difficult later.

EXACTLY!!!!! I'm still going through the mess with my mom's estate and most of the trouble is because my oldest greedy brother wants to change my mom's will to HIS will. This is in the 4th year now and still not done. Of course the layers are loving it.:mad:

Luckily for my brother and myself, everything our Mother had was either in survivorship, or our names also when she passed. No arguments,e/thing 50/50, or he wanted this and I wanted that, no probate. Wife and I have a living trust with everything listed.
