On a stock radiator, not a thing.

Some have converted to a pressurized system by buying a pressurized radiator. I know very little about them, but if they allow higher coolant temps, the A is not really designed for higher coolant temps near or above boiling (212).

Hi ford 31. I installed a pressurised radiator and I am having trouble with it to the extent I regret it. Water will flow out, just like it should but the seal sitting on the neck prevents it returning. I would do away with it but the radiator top tank is partitioned off and that in addition reduces the radiator capacity. In anticipation of the pressure causing leakage around the water pump I installed the new sealed pump and that is good. cheers, gary

They do it to raise the boiling point....... Don't really have to on a Model A
