Marietta Ignition engine rebuild?

I have a mystery Model A engine post going on presently but have some new info that I thought may be better served on a new posting. Has anyone ever heard of or knew of a engine rebuilder under the name Marietta Ignition? Marietta Ohio does not sound as one of the better known babbit or Model A engine shops but this was almost twenty years ago.

I know,I also did a lot of searching like this and it looks like a pretty big business not just Model A specific. I think I will forget about this engine although it did seem to be a potential good winter project. Seller does not have a lot of information only second and third hand and on something he has no money invested in turned down my offer which I considered a gamble. I will run my never rebuilt engine until it breaks and take it to Pennsylvania ,Schwams when we can travel again. My son and family are close to them. Thanks all for help.

Schwalms is well respected and has a long history with Model A's.
