Oil pickup screen bail wire
 

Hi guys ,
I am in need of just the bail wire for a 49 Mercury oil screen .
The pickup is fine,,,,,the screen is fine .
The only problem is the bail wire is broken in two,,,,two pieces .
I hate to buy a pickup for just the wire .

Or would it be just as easy to fabricate one myself ?
Is the wire anything special?
I still have the old pieces to use as a guide to make a new one .
Any ideas from the group?

Lol,,,,,,sure Denny,,,,you know I’m in no hurry .
Just still in the recovery stage,,,,LoL .
I was hoping that of all the cracked and unusable blocks out there,,,,there must have been some wires left over somewhere .
