Guys, I am embarrassed to admit that I kinda forgot all about this thread.
The project has been completed. Here's a few photos of the final result. |
Re: Interest in new restoration project thread? Mike,
Better than new; simply stunning! |

Re: Interest in new restoration project thread? WOWIE! Mike, stunning and beautiful.
It's always a pleasure to see your restorations. Your dedication to excellence shows. Well done, for sure. JIM |
Re: Interest in new restoration project thread? Kube, thanks for bringing up this thread again, that is a beautiful car as the others have already noted. Now, I guess, I will have to go through this entire discussion to review the process again.

Re: Interest in new restoration project thread? Typed letters and or words somehow don’t convey…..what DavidG said x3. Mike I only hope I can produce something close one day. Congratulations on completion of this coupe.

Re: Interest in new restoration project thread? It's ok, I guess.
Ha ha no, Mike, it looks fantastic and it's a credit to you and reflects all the hard work you have put in. I love that the barn supports all the different levels of the early Ford hobby. Mike's perfection and my kludgery. Mart. |
Re: Interest in new restoration project thread? Great job, I can't imagine finding all the correct colors and parts to do a job like that.

Re: Interest in new restoration project thread? Every additional view in Folkestone Gray highlights the dark details that many of us need to know. Black on black is tough by comparison. I'm off to a difficult start as the extent of cadmium in a word buried in second rate zinc is not understood in time. Grateful Kube shared again. Fred A
