Wood graining by Bennie Estes, motor by Billy Garland, chassis restored by Wiley Higgins. Counter balanced crank, V-8 clutch, cut down flywheel, modern stainless steel valves. Cast iron brake drums, new gears and bearing in tranny. Turn signals. There is a Zenith carb that goes with the car, he just likes the Tilly better. Wiper works. Excellent running car.
