What is this for a tag in my backseat
 

Hi
I found this tag in my backseat of my 36 Club Cabriolet
The tag was hanging in the springs off the backseat
Can you help me with some info on the tag
The tag says 48 - 706090 JN

It's Fords part number for the seat.

Tim the part # indicates that it was used as a rear seat back spring for 1935/36 Tudor. Whether it was also used in the Club Cabriolet you will have to investigate further.

It's the government telling you how to live you life. Just like a bed mattress tag - unlawful to remove - just in case the there was a fire so they know what potential toxins may be in the fabric. Never mind the rest of the building. Seriously - like Don said inventory control. Nothing more nothing less.

I will keep it hanging there, if my wife is going to be hot on the backseat , some day..........
