Drivers side door lock
 

Is the door lock on the driver side of my Tudor sedan suppose to be hard to move to lock and unlock:confused: Thanks to all

Dennis,

It should move rather easy; probable moisture has caused it to build up rust and dry out the slider. The problem is you have to remove the door panel to access the lock which is held in place with two machine screws. Good luck,

NO, just remove the door panel and door latch and lock, then grease all moving parts. Oil helps, but grease lasts.

I had the same problem. I got it to move freely with silicone slip spray which I sprayed into the lock itself. I had to work it a little but it was easier than taking things apart. I hope this works for you
