Rebuilt 59a Engine or Rebuilt Short Block

I have a 41 Convertible with a 59a Flathead. The engine has low compression, no smoke however. I am looking to rebuild the engine, but I have never done a rebuild before. So, if there is a 59a engine that has already been rebuilt or a short block, I am very interested. Rocky Mountain region is preferred.
