1941 Rebuilt Engine or a good rebuilder

I have a 41 Convertible with a 59A, it runs smooth, no smoke but low compression and tired. I am looking for a good rebuilt engine that is correct for the car. Another option is to rebuild this engine. I am looking for a good flathead rebuilder in the Rocky Mountain region if possible.
