This is the 01A-17757-F that Bob Drake sells. It fits front and rear for 1940 cars and front only for 1940 and 1941 pickups.

This one was on my 41' pickup when I bought it. Someone had used it on the rear and destroyed my brackets to make it fit.

There is one scuff and one gouge (about an inch) on the right side. The other thing to mention is that it might have a slight twist to it? I say might because it is hard to tell if it does. If I look at both edges like I'm looking at a piece of lumber my eye sees a bend. I never saw it when it was on the truck. I'm only mentioning this because I don't want you to be unhappy with it.
