anyone have any ideas where a fella would find a B oil fill cap?

They show up regularly on ebay. Also try Third Gen Automotive (35fordtn on this site).

I believe there are two sizes. The later one I think is the larger of the two... kerk

You're right, the smaller one is a carryover Model A part and has two tabs attaching the outer cap to the base. The larger one is unique to later '32s and all '33s and '34s and has three tabs attaching the cap. The application of course depends on the diameter of the filler tube.
