19 inch wheel, am told rear bumpers were not an option/offered too. That one is a dissapointemnt for my point of view

Even though pickups didn’t come with rear bumpers, many of us (me included) have added rear bumpers. I’ve gone a bit further and added a trailer hitch and back-up lights as well.

Merry Christmas all. I should point out that pick-ups did not change all at once to the new style in 1930. I almost bought a 1930 open cab pick-up that still had the 1928/29 body style but then again maybe that was just Ford of Canada thing.

I believe the changeover from the 28-29 to the later 30-31 models occurred somewhere mid year 1930. Hence the reference to early or late 30 models. Am not an expert so can not comment on if all body styles and countries occurred simultaneously (EXs: Open Cab and Closed Cab, US vs. Canadian).

The body style change occurred in June of 1930. With this in mind most all of 1930 production was the '29 style sheet metal.
