How do you get the glass out of the 28 Tudor doors? Got the rear glass out with no problem.

did you remove the top door plates held in by the 3 screws....
the glass will then slide / lift right out
sometimes the screws can be seized somewhat
i use an impact driver now and then but also had them snap not a big deal.. i think some of them were brass

I've had to heat the 3 screws for the top plate 2 or 3 times before I could get them out. I also like to use the impact driver Mitch mentioned.
