can someone tell me the timing for a 55 292 4bbl stick thanks keep up the good work

I believe it is 6% on mark. If you are setting the timing chain, that's another story.

The 6 degrees is correct, but try a little more. The Yblocks seem to run a little better with a little more initial timing.

6* may be what the book shows but 12* works better in most cases. If you want to time the cam fallow this link.
