Water in intake ports
 

I pulled the intake off I noticed there was water in both intake ports. So I assume I may have a blown head gasket. I milled the head & put a new head gasket on, & I still have water in the intake ports. Anyone know what my problem is

It could be a cracked block in the inlet tract . Take the manifolds off and watch what happens drips from the ports etc etc Make sure the rad is full it might only be a hairline crack in both ports and maybe solved with Barrs stopleak if you are very very lucky . If it drips from an exhaust port you have a big problem .

My guess is a valve seat has a crack. Pressure testing will find it quickly.

Far be it from me to even suggest but are you running it for a long time? A short run can produce condensation....I'm sorry if I insulted your knowledge base but I see you are new based on posts....

I have one of the commercially available test kits like THIS ONE. I realize they are expensive, but they are a necessity for verifying such leaks. Maybe you have an engine rebuilder close by that could check it for you??

I've just had this but front passage only and I was about 3,000 miles from home. I drained the coolant and replaced it with plain water, then added half a bottle of Chemiweld. I don't think you guys have that product but there will be something similar. By the time I got home, I had done another 4,000 miles and the motor is running fine.
