Hey guys! When installing the right and left side header boards, I'm finding that the boards are only about 1-1/2" wide at the header corner bracket. Since these boards are mounted with 2" bolts, the bolts protrude and push the sheet metal away from the board. Any suggestions?

Yeah, but you are not going to like it. From my experiences, most of the kit wood is made incorrectly when compared to factory prints. With the archives closed where you cannot purchase the prints, about the best that you will be able to do is modify what you have to make the sheetmetal align. This will likely require you making entirely new pieces.

who makes the incorrect kits?

Thanks guys. Would you agree that the wood at the corner bracket should be at least 2" wide? This kit was purchased from Bratton's, but not sure who actually makes it.
