After talking to Joe @ Tams today

he does offer a discount for my shop. The last time i checked was a few years ago, so things can change without knowing..

Ok, but I am not clear what your point, is other than to acknowledge a correction. Please elaborate.

Here is how I read it, Mitch stated that Tam's does not give a jobber discount. He was wrong and just wanted to clear that up but could not do it on the original thread.

Mike your right on with your entire assessment. (A perfect explanation)
Thanks
I tried to make it easy and simple for everyone to understand, but sometimes that still is not good enough..

I understood it the same way Mike explained it.

And it matches what I know about Tam (Joe) who will bend over backwards to help when possible.

A resource for sure.

And also a friend.

I myself was pretty sure that what Mitch meant was that he originally stated Tam's does not give a jobber discount. He was wrong and just wanted to clear that up but could not do it on the original thread.

I happen to know both parties quite well and I tried to find other meanings but was not able to do so
