Speedway sells 15" centers and wheel shells of almost any width (8-14") you might want. We use them all the time to make wheels for our dirt modifieds. If you have a welder, you can probably make your own. I don't know of anyone who makes 14" centers; they probably wouldn't fit over the brake drums anyway. Also, have you looked into availability of 14" tires lately (especially larger sizes)? They are not used much anymore, and not easy to find, especially in larger sizes. I know I had a hell of a time finding a set for the old lady's Colt Vista.

Also, fitting the stock hubcaps will be a problem.

In the final analysis, this doesn't seem to be a good idea. If you want to proceed, contact someone like "Wheelkid" on the H.A.M.B. Good luck.

Some good points from tubman. I don't see it as an impossible job to make the wheels from a combination of the Ford centers and some 14" wheels. However, it seems to me they would only fit if the backspacing was obscene.

Call me old fashioned, but I can't help thinking that running a 37 on 14" wheels is going to look dreadful.

Got a lot of 14" tyres you want to use up?

Mart.

Actually 14" tires are getting difficult to find and are expensive. Going to 14's is a big step back in my opinion. Why not widen the 16" rims?

You could try over at the HAMB, and look up "WheelKid".

I'm curious to know why'd you want a 9" wide, 14" diameter wide five wheel?
