'32 Ford Throttle to Dual 97's I am working on connecting my stock '32 Ford Gas Spoon Linkage from the Firewall to my pair of Stromberg 97's on the Passenger side. Anyone have a good picture of the type of rod they used and if they connected the rod to the front or the rear carb? I have the carb's connected over on the drivers side.

Here's one example from my '30 roadster:

Re: '32 Ford Throttle to Dual 97's Speedway sells linkages with snap on ends for both the carbs and the pedal. My recommendation is to order a "too long" rod. Though the rod has both right and left hand thread, the rod threads easily and can be cut to any length and then run over with a die. Too long permits a bend in the rod. Without the bend, the pedal arm may just bring the throttles down to a certain point. The bend allows the throttle to come fully to wide open position. It takes some tinkering but is simple and looks neat.
