Radiator shroud emblem removal

Stupid question but how do I remove the emblem on the shroud?
I want to try and keep it intact and re-install after I clean it up. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...ba6fae7cec.jpg

Just tap it from the back.

You might want to put some oil on it before hand and let it sit. Looks rusty.

Light tap putting the handle end of a large screw driver against emblem.

Replacements are not as good.

Enjoy.

Thanks so much! I thought it unscrewed somehow.

I used a socket that was sized to the hole. Worked well.

Is it just glued on? Or?

It is only a press in fit, but rust makes a real tough glue sometimes.

What would you guys recommend if the emblem is too loose a fit in the radiator? It there a way to flare out the ring on the back of the emblem a little? Or maybe just a little silicone?

The cup will detach if you fuss with it very much. Epoxy has worked fo me.
