Striping Tape

I need to add the stripes to the belt rail of my 29 Phaeton. I don't want to paint them, just use tape. All the paint shops have is tape with double stripes, one wide, one narrow. Where can I find cream colored single tape?

Re: Striping Tape

Vinyl Striping.com. 1/8" is a little wide for the A but close. Also, check out Finesse pinstriping in NY.

I recently had the same problem. I found this site has every stripping tape I believe 3M makes at a reasonable price.
Search this site for what you are looking for.

What comes up is the tape I purchased, you will have to search for what you are looking for.
This will get you closer- Scotchcal stripping tape

Re: Striping Tape

Its an easy job to paint them if you use the finesse tape.

I just replaced the ugly bright blue stripes on my Tudor with a single cream line. Very happy with the results! I bought the tape online.
What Lawrie says is a decent option. Use the double tape and paint the gap between the lines. Remove the tape and you're done. Alternatively, you could use the double lined tape and then pull one off.
