ARVIN heater for Model A ???
 

Need help identifying this ARVIN heater.

It looks like it fit the "A" Muffler but want to be sure.

Could only find a picture of a GOPHER HEATER in the Accessories book on page 133 that looks like this one.

Who can give me the answer.

I worked for Arvin for 20 years and we did make several style heaters for the model a ford. I have been putting an article together on products that was made by them. Could I get some more information on the above heater from you?

I have never seen anything like that, not that heaters of any kind were used on Model As over here as far as I know. That one looks like it might solve my problem of the carburetor icing up. Down draught, not original!
