Time to purge 41 ford front drives side what should I ask for pricing????
 

Guys I will be posting these but would like some opinions on fair price. I have both the driver side and passenger side. Can you throw some ruff umber at me I don't go to swap meets

I would pay 1000 dollars for the two of them if I needed them also I guess I have been a bit of horder with front 41 fenders I am keeping one complete set for both sides just in case. It was suggested I sell them all but can't bring myself to do it - yes a sign of weakness......

Wow! I guess I am out of touch re: value of 41 Ford fenders.

But, I suppose if you really needed them $1000 is ok.

No you are not out of touch on prices but I am in no huge rush to sell in fact if I throw the back in the attic they might out perform the stock market. :-)
However if I needed set I would buy these and pay whatever the person wanted - we will see what happens

I paid $100 for a NOS top. Bottoms are scarce as hens teeth. Believe $250 a side is light.

Ford or 41 - based on your comment regarding how hard it is to locate the lower halves has got me rethinking what I was going to do with the other side lower half which I have.
I was planning to cut out the front area around the chrome insert and save it with the set I'm keeping. There is a small area that is weakened a bit due to some rust. The area that the metal has slightly weakened is only about a 3 inchs Should I preserve the lower half or cut out a piece for future needs if that time ever presents itself??

Time will only raise the value. If you have the room and don't need the cash, wait. Once upon a time, I paid $150 for the entire car. Wish I had the space to keep it.

I've seen 41 complete front fenders for $75 at some swap meets. When I moved from up north, I left a pair of fenders and hood with a buddy .

I have seen uppers a lot but rarely the lower. as far as $75 complete fenders, not at any swap meets I've been to in last 21 years. as far as cutting a piece out, chances are that the piece you saved will be the part you don't need and then what to do with the remainder with part missing.

This is really making me rethink what to do with these. I WAS planning to toss out the remainder of the fender. Maybe I will take a stab at fixing the two lower halves primarily to preserve the pieces for the exact reason you have stated. More to think about. .......
