I bought a project 1931 Tudor that i am putting together. I have a pair of, what i have determined from various catalogs to be, subrail extensions or floor board braces. I do not know wnere they go. Can anyone pleas post a picture of how it gets installed?

They go from the subrails to the firewall
The slanted floorboard rests on them
Don’t readily have a pic of them in place
