we have about 6" of fine white stuff. Winds to pick up overnight. Power fine. Our driveway is plowed by our contractor. I shoveled our door ways and walk way. Light work only. The heavy part of the storm is not here yet. Stay warm |

Same going down here In Northeastern Maryland, except we only have ~ 2" on the ground right now. When it gets up to ~ 12", in the wee hours of the morning, I will be out blowing snow off our 400' of driveway.
These pictures were taken last year after the driveway was somewhat cleaned off.... |

Re: Jonas Getting geared up now to head out and do some snow blowing and plowing....before it gets too deep to handle. Have 12-14" on the ground and it looks like a whiteout coming down here right now.

Re: Jonas At least 15 inches here and more coming. Probably the first time in 35 years I didn't go into work because of weather. Walked past the 48 business coupe in the garage and I think I heard it say you can't drive me ,HA HA!

We take for granted our temperate climate down here at the"ass end of the world".
I remember this book as a kid. Maybe the "good Dr" can help you folk out that still need to clear away the snow. GB |
