Re: 50's cars Got 40 of 48, 83 percent, smarter than the average bear.
Re: 50's cars 94%----missed 3
Re: 50's cars I only got one but I'm not a Chevy guy. LOL
Re: 50's cars I got 46 out of 48. The 52 and 54 Mercs stumped me.
I think that is an Allstate, not a Henry J. A Henry J sold and badged by Sears. |
Re: 50's cars I got 100% born in 37 lived in the 50s
Re: 50's cars Pulled a 94% Boy, what a "dumbbell !
Re: 50's cars I got 100%... What do I win???
Re: 50's cars The winner will get this pendent to hang from their mirror. LOL

Re: 50's cars That was easy. The Mercs '52 '54 tripped me into a 96%.
I cut many knuckles on those machines. My parents would leave me in the care of my uncle. He ran a three bay GULF station. It was a totally different world. Not always fun or easy, but gosh it was a good time!!! |

Re: 50's cars 100% here. I actually guessed on the 52 and 54 mercs. I always had a hard time with those. The rest were almost too easy.
Re: 50's cars Showing my age. 98%.
Re: 50's cars 100% When I was in High School in the '50's if you couldn't identify make and model
from 2 blocks away on a dark night you were a real nerd. Les |
Re: 50's cars 44 of 48 =]
Re: 50's cars Hoovie - "You got 96% (46 right out of 48). The average score is 73%."
I always seem to get DeSoto's and Chrysler's mixed up.... |

Re: 50's cars I thought I messed up on the '52 Merc, but got lucky with 100%. Lost in the 50's.

Re: 50's cars 100% those are my kind of cars!
Re: 50's cars 44 of 48 also lost in the 50ties and proud of it.... the chrysler dodge plymouths got me

Re: 50's cars 100% here
Re: 50's cars 100%, I love those cars, born in 48, grew up with them.
Re: 50's cars 48 of 48. I must be old.
Re: 50's cars Fun (but easy) test. Got 98%, missed one. I agree with others. Back in the 50's cars looked different because they were different. Not like today's "jellybean" look.

Re: 50's cars 100%, I grew up in the '50s and loved cars at an early age. Had fun with this, thanks.

Re: 50's cars Born in '57 in a rust belt so many were gone by my age of infatuation. Managed a 79% though.
Re: 50's cars Born in early 50's, but still missed one. 98%
Re: 50's cars Think I have done this one some time in the past before but I still only got 92%. Those Mopars and Kaiser's tripped me up.
Re: 50's cars I got 100% and I'm only 65. I would tell my dad the make of cars at night while sitting on our front porch and I was about 4 then - usually by the tail lights LOL. Can't do it with the new cars anymore just a few of the remakes.
Re: 50's cars 88% I got every one of the Chrysler series one wrong! Lol ..what was I thinking?
Re: 50's cars Just got a 94%.
Re: 50's cars You got 100% (48 right out of 48). The average score is 73%.
Thanks for playing! Almost too easy, but fun! DD |
Re: 50's cars That Willy/Allstate got me.
Re: 50's cars I got a 96%, 46 of 48. The Merc's stumped me also. Paul Selfe.
Re: 50's cars 96% 46 out of 48. The Henry J and the Kaiser got me although I had to make some guesses on the Mopars. Neat test. Thanks.
Re: 50's cars 98%, but had to use the process of elimination a couple of times.
Re: 50's cars 100% - another guy born in 1944, we would look forward to the new models each year. LouB.
Re: 50's cars I was born in 1941 I got 100% I new most but got lucky on a few of the Mercs
Re: 50's cars Started driving in 1953. Grew up with these cars.
